Title IX Model Resolution

Last week, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the RSU 70 school district will be assured to receive federal funding because of their bold Title IX vote.

The Hodgdon school board voted to revert back to the 1972 version of Title IX, reaffirming only biological males and females will be allowed to participate in private spaces and sports of their respective genders. The vote was unanimous! This is why Bondi announced RSU 70 will be held harmless when the federal government withholds federal funding from non-compliant districts in Maine.
