Tom DeWeese: Take Back Our Towns

Please share this in your community and with your local officials  and anyone else who may be open to the education and willing to step up and TAKE BACK OUR TOWNS!  This is an educational opportunity not to be missed!
Thanks to Katlin Hilton for setting up our own personal meeting for our MSU community with Tom DeWeese.  Katlin served on the MSU counsel until she relocated and started a family and homestead with her amazing husband, Eric.  Now they are both running the town practically!

You will not regret taking the time to listen in on this one.  He is truly a hero in the freedom community.  This will be open to all who are interested. Here's his bio and a link to the books he has written:  https://www.thriftbooks.com/browse/?b.search=Tom%20DeWeese#b.s=mostPopular-desc&b.p=1&b.pp=50&b.oos&b.tile

Tom DeWeese is one of the nation’s leading advocates of individual liberty, free enterprise, private property rights, personal privacy, back-to-basics education and American sovereignty and independence.

A native of Ohio, he’s been a candidate for the Ohio Legislature, served as editor of two newspapers, and has owned several businesses since the age of 23. In 1989 Tom led the only privately-funded election-observation team to the Panamanian elections in which voter fraud on a massive scale determined the outcome in favor of dictator Manuel Noriega. In 2006 Tom was invited to Cambridge University to debate the issue of the United Nations before the Cambridge Union, a 200 year old debating society.

Tom DeWeese has traveled to nearly every state speaking out on the threat of UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development Policy. To fight these policies, he coined the term Freedom Pods and now helps to recruit and train local activists to effectively organize in their own communities. He has testified before local and state elected officials, while appearing on countless national and local radio and television programs. He has written three books on the subject including the best-selling book Sustainable: The WAR on Free Enterprise, Private Property and Individuals, ERASE, a fictionalized political thriller, and his first book, titled Now Tell Me I was Wrong, which details a wide variety of related issues including property rights, radical environmentalism, public education and personal privacy issues. In addition, DeWeese has written hundreds of articles that have been published in national and local publications reaching millions of readers.

Today he serves as Founder and President of the American Policy Center and its sister organization, the American Policy Foundation (501c3).  For 50 years Tom DeWeese has been a businessman, grassroots activist, writer and publisher. As such, he has always advocated a firm belief in man’s need to keep moving forward while protecting our Constitutionally-guaranteed rights.

Here is one of his books and the description:

Take a Stand, Change the Debate, and Restore Freedom There is a determined force in the world dedicated to an agenda designed to “reorganize human society.” To achieve that agenda they are on a drive to change our American economic system, abolish private property, and change our system of representative government. Most importantly, they have focused on making those changes primarily through control of government on the local and state levels. They have trained a cadre of activists to present and promote legislative programs that are backed by various funding programs to entice local representatives to enact their agenda. That’s why it’s at the local and state levels where we must make our stand to stop them. In this manual you will find: How to take the offensive and control the action. How to research and expose the Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) and planners that influence city policy. Documents that provide comprehensive background information on the origins, supporters, and details of the policies we face. How to organize on the local level. How to network with other activists and build your movement. How to get media attention, using social media, and writing effective letters to the editor. Legal Action/ Making Representatives personally responsible for their actions. Legislative Action/ the Five Bill Package and how to use it. The goal is to take a stand to promote and defend the three main principles of freedom including free enterprise, private property, and limited government intrusion in our lives. Specifically taking direct action in your own community, thereby establishing it as a pocket of freedom or a “Freedom Pod.” This becomes a shining example to then pass to the next community, and the next, creating a freedom movement. This manual is designed to provide the tools and training necessary to accomplish that goal.

With Love,

MSU
